Job Descriptions
• Planning and executing annual mass assessment for recruitment
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program, and monitor employee’s performance indicator (PI) & Appreciation (PA)
• Maintaining Payroll, BPJS & Legal documents

Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Indonesia
• Required Skill(s): Management, General HR, Negotiate, Legal, Contract Drafting
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field
